What the partner program is

Daani IT Solution builds and hosts MLM software for network marketing and direct selling companies in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries, and more than 100 companies run on it. Most new clients come through someone who knows a company that needs software: a consultant who designs compensation plans, a web agency whose client wants to launch a network, a leader whose company has outgrown its spreadsheets. The partner program, called "Be Seller" on this site, turns that introduction into recurring income: you refer the company, we sell and deliver, and you receive a share of what the client pays us for as long as they remain our client.

Who it fits

• MLM and direct selling consultants who design plans and launches for companies and are asked "which software?" every time.
• Web, app and marketing agencies whose clients need a back office with genealogy and commissions that the agency does not want to build.
• Network marketing leaders and trainers with a following of company owners and would-be founders.
• Freelance developers and IT companies in markets where we have no office, who want to offer MLM software under their own account management.
• Existing clients who are asked by other companies what they use.
• Individuals with a network: freelancers, part-time workers, students, stay-at-home parents. The program asks for no investment and no technical skill, so a side income from a few introductions a year is realistic.

You do not need to be technical. The demo, the quote, the configuration and the support are done by our team; your part is the introduction and, if you want, the relationship with the client.

How a referral becomes income

1. Register. Fill in the form above. You receive the program details, the commission terms and a partner agreement by email.
2. Introduce. Pass the company's contact to us, or let them register through your partner link so the referral is recorded against you.
3. We demonstrate and quote. The company gets a free demo with its own compensation plan and a quote from our price list: ready-made packages paid monthly or customised packages paid once.
4. The client starts. We configure, host and launch the software and train the admin.
5. You earn. Your commission is up to 40% of every sale: on a software solution priced at $100 that is up to $40 for one sale. It is calculated on the client's payments to us and paid on the schedule in the agreement. On the monthly packages the commission recurs with every payment for as long as the client stays; on the one-time packages it follows the payment. There is no cap on what you earn.

The exact rate for your market, the payment schedule and the minimum payout are in the details we email after the form; commissions may vary from time to time, and the rate can differ between a partner who only introduces and one who also manages the account.

What we provide to partners

• Marketing tools: your custom partner links, banners, email templates and demo links, ready to share by social media, email or in person.
• A demo account you can show prospects, and demos set up by us for any serious prospect with their own plan.
• Sales material: the feature list, plan explanations, the buying guide and case material for the industries we serve.
• Training on the software and the sales material, and a named contact at Daani who answers your prospects' technical questions.
• Reporting on your referrals: which prospects had a demo, which signed, what was paid, what you earned.
• For agencies: a white-label option, where the software carries your brand and your support contacts, quoted per project.

What we ask of partners

Describe the software honestly. Do not promise income to the companies you introduce or to their distributors; describe the plan and the tools. Do not spam. Introduce companies that are going to run a real product-based business, because support for a client that fails is work for both of us. A partner whose referrals bring complaints about misleading claims is removed from the program; that protects every other partner's commission.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a fee to join? No. Registration is free, there is no investment and nothing to buy.

How much can I earn? Up to 40% of every sale, with no cap on the number of sales. The example on our corporate site: a $100 software solution pays up to $40 for one sale. On the monthly packages the commission comes again with every payment of that client. Commissions may vary from time to time; the rate that applies to you is in the emailed terms.

Do I need technical knowledge? No. We handle the demo, the technical questions, delivery, payment processing and customer support; you share the links and material.

Can I be a partner outside the USA? Yes. Partners work in every region our clients are in: North America, Europe, Australia and other countries. Payouts are made by bank transfer or e-wallet in your currency where possible.

What if the client already contacted you before my referral? The referral counts for the partner recorded first. Ask your prospect to use your partner link or to name you when they contact us, and the record is clear.

Can I resell the software under my own name? Agencies can take the white-label option: your brand, your domain, your first-line support, our software and hosting. It is quoted per project together with the partner terms.

Who supports the client? We do, for as long as the client stays with us. You are never left with a support call you cannot answer; your named contact at Daani takes it.
