A network marketing company rarely stays in one country. A distributor in Texas sponsors a cousin in Toronto, a leader in Manchester opens a team in Sydney, and within a year the back office has to show amounts in four currencies and the admin has to pay commissions into bank accounts and wallets on three continents. Global MLM software is MLM software built for that from the start: the member chooses the language, sees prices and commissions in their currency, pays through a gateway that works in their country, and your head office still sees one genealogy, one payout run and one set of reports. Daani MLM software is used by more than 100 companies with members in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries, and this page explains what "global" means in it.
The member back office, the registration pages and the replicated distributor pages are available in several languages, and a member can switch between them. Your own texts, such as product descriptions, plan explanations and emails, are entered per language from the admin panel, so a new market does not need a new installation. Right-to-left languages and non-Latin scripts are supported. The admin panel itself stays in the language your head office works in.
Products, joining packages and commissions are defined once in your base currency and shown to each member in theirs, at the exchange rate you set or at a daily rate. Commissions are calculated in the base currency, which keeps the commission calculation identical for every member, and are paid out in the member's currency. The payout tracking shows both amounts, so a distributor in Europe and the admin in the USA look at the same payment and agree on it.
No single payment gateway covers every country. The software connects to several gateways and e-wallets at the same time and offers each member the ones that work in their country for joining fees and product purchases. Payouts follow the same rule: bank transfer, e-wallet or the internal wallet with a withdrawal request, per market. Cryptocurrency payments and payouts are available as a module where your markets and your compliance allow them; see cryptocurrency MLM software.
Direct selling rules differ by country: who may join, what documents are needed, how income is reported, whether a cooling-off period applies. The software lets you set these per country: required ID and address documents at registration (KYC), age and residency checks, the legal texts shown at sign-up, and the tax statements produced for commissions. What the rules are in each country is a question for your legal advisor; the software's job is to enforce the settings you choose and to keep the record.
Payout cycles close at a time you define in your head-office time zone, while members see dates and deadlines in their own. Reports break sales, registrations and commissions down by country and region, so you see which market grows and which needs attention before the monthly meeting. The software is hosted on the Daani server with SSL and daily backups, which puts it on the internet for every market without a server in each; the hosting cost is included. Support is available for as long as you are our client, and the admin training covers the multi-country settings.
Is the global edition a different product? No. Multi-language and multi-currency are part of the Daani MLM software; which markets you switch on is a setting. The pro edition adds advanced reporting and API access for companies running many markets, and is quoted per project.
Can members in different countries be in one genealogy? Yes. The genealogy is one tree across all countries; language and currency are properties of the member, not of the tree.
Which countries do your clients work in? Mostly the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia, and companies in other regions. Our MLM software around the world page lists the regions.
How do I see it with my own markets? Request a free demo and tell us your countries and currencies; the demo is set up with them.
