Why integration matters

An MLM company without integration types the same data three times: the order in the shop, the commission in a spreadsheet, the payout in the bank portal. Each copy drifts from the others and the member sees the difference first. Integrated, the order placed in the shop creates the commission in the back office, the payout run creates the payment at the gateway and the entry in the accounting system, and the CRM knows which distributor to thank. MLM software migration: the processes

Companies come to Daani from spreadsheets, from a script a developer built years ago and from other MLM products. The migration follows the same steps each time:

1. Export and inventory. Members, sponsors and placements, ranks, customers, orders, commission history and wallet balances are exported from the old system in whatever format it allows; we list what exists and what is missing.
2. Mapping. Old fields and plan terms are mapped to the new configuration: which bonus is which, how ranks translate, which currency each balance is in.
3. Trial import. The data goes into a demo installation; the genealogy is compared count by count with the old one, and a past payout period is recalculated and compared with what was actually paid.
4. Corrections. Differences are explained, usually by rules the old system applied silently, and settled with you before go-live.
5. Cut-over. A final export after the last payout run on the old system, the import, the switch of the domain and the member logins, and the old addresses redirected to the new back office.
6. First live run. The first payout on the new system is checked line by line with your finance team; support is included for as long as you are our client.
