MLM Software Providers
There are many MLM software providers, and a company choosing one is choosing the system its commissions, its member data and its distributors' trust will depend on for years. The providers differ less in their feature lists, which read alike, than in what they actually deliver: whether the plan is configured for you or by you, whether hosting, updates and support are included or billed, whether a change costs an email or a project, and whether anyone answers when a payout run goes wrong. Daani is one of those providers, with more than 100 companies in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries on its software; this page explains the kinds of MLM software providers there are, how to compare them, what we provide and what it costs.
The four kinds of MLM software providers
- Hosted software companies. A maintained product configured to your plan, hosted by the provider and paid monthly or once; the provider supports it. Daani is this kind.
- Custom development agencies. Build a back office for you from scratch or on a framework, as a project. Flexible, slow and expensive, and the maintenance is yours or theirs by a second contract.
- Script sellers. Sell a PHP or similar script you install and run yourself. Cheap to buy, costly to run; see MLM software PHP.
- Freelancers. One developer, often good, with no one behind them when they are unavailable at payout time.
Within the first kind there are also providers that specialise: online MLM software providers with a cloud product, daily ROI MLM software providers for investment plans, and providers for one industry or one country. Our MLM software company and MLM software companies in the USA pages look at the market from those angles, and the top 10 MLM software page at the products.
How to compare MLM software providers
- A demo with your own plan. Any provider can show a video. Ask for your compensation plan configured and a sample payout run before you pay; a provider that cannot do this is selling a script.
- What is included. Plan configuration, hosting, SSL, backups, training, the member manual and support, or only the licence. Ask for the full price of the first year, not the entry price.
- Support after go-live. How long, in which hours, by which channels, at what price. A payout run on Friday needs someone on Friday.
- The price of a change. A new bonus, a second currency, a new gateway: an afternoon of configuration or a quoted project?
- Per-member charges. Some providers bill per active distributor, so the entry price grows with the network. Compare at the size you expect in two years.
- Running clients. Ask for a company of your size on the software and talk to it.
- Who owns the data and the code. Exports at any time; a clear answer about the code if you leave.
Red flags
- A price list with no mention of support or hosting.
- A "lifetime licence" with every change billed extra.
- A shared server with no backup policy you can read.
- A demo that is a video, or a demo site that is not configured with your plan.
- Promises about your income or your distributors' income; a software provider has no business making them.

Prices: what an affordable provider looks like
Many MLM software providers quote high prices; some quote low prices and bill the rest later. Ours are published: the ready-made 4G package with the basic features costs $50 to $150 USD per month, the 5G and 6G packages up to $800 per month, hosting, updates and support included; customised software is a one-time payment, 3,000 for the 5G package and 6,999 for the 6G, with discount offers of up to 70% from time to time. The exact figure for your plan and feature set comes with the demo; the pricing page explains what decides it.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cheapest provider the worst choice? Not always, but a low price with no support, hosting or demo of your plan is a script, and a script costs more in the first year than a supported package.
Should I choose a provider in my own country? Delivery is online everywhere; what matters is support in your working hours and the gateways and tax statements of your markets. Our clients in the USA, Europe and Australia work with us remotely.
Can I switch providers later? Yes, if the data is exportable. Ask the provider before you sign; with Daani, members, downlines and commission history are migrated in during set-up and exportable at any time.
How do I start the comparison? Send the same plan document to each provider and ask for the demo with it; the answers will differ more than the brochures do.
