What a compensation plan is

A compensation plan is the rule book of a network marketing company: who is placed where when they join, what counts as volume, which commissions and bonuses are paid on it, when a member reaches the next rank and what the company pays out in total. Every plan on this page is a different answer to those questions, and the Daani MLM software runs each of them as a configuration, not as a separate program: the plan is set up in the admin panel, tested in the plan calculator and calculated every period from the orders. More than 100 network marketing companies in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and other countries run their plans on it, and the free demo is configured with the plan you send. The eighteen pages linked above describe each plan in detail; this page says which family each one belongs to, how companies choose, and what the software does for all of them.

The plan families

How companies choose

  1. What is sold. A product reordered every month points to a level plan with repurchase; one package per member points to a binary or a matrix; a service or a subscription to a unilevel with recurring commissions.
  2. How fast the team should grow. Binary and single-line plans grow fastest; level plans grow steadier and pay leaders for depth.
  3. What the company can pay out. Every plan has a payout percentage: the share of sales that goes to the network. The calculator shows, before the plan is announced, what a given volume costs in commissions, and the plan calculation in Excel page explains the figures.
  4. Where the company sells. The plan has to be allowed in each country; the software sets the plan once and the currencies, taxes and gateways per country.

A company that is not sure sends its idea with the demo request; the demo is set up with the plan, the ranks and a few sample members so that the figures can be checked before anything is signed. The most popular plans page says which plans companies ask for most, and the plan software page describes the module that holds the plan.

What the software does for every plan

The genealogy places every member according to the plan's rule; orders carry a price and a point value; the compensation software calculates direct, level, matching, leadership and pool commissions and the rank advancements at the end of each period; the admin reviews the run and approves it; the payout goes to the e-wallet and out through the mass payout or the gateways, and every member sees the statement in the back office and the app. A change to the plan, a new bonus or a new rank, is configured and tested in the calculator, not programmed.

Cost

The plan does not change the price. The ready-made 4G package costs $50 to $150 USD per month and the 5G and 6G packages up to $800 per month, hosting on the Daani server, updates and support for as long as you are our client included. A customised edition, for instance a hybrid with rules no standard plan has, is a one-time project: 3,000 for the 5G package and 6,999 for the 6G, with discounts of up to 70% from time to time. The pricing page has the full list.

Frequently asked questions

Can we change the plan after the launch? Yes. A plan is a configuration; a change is tested in the calculator and switched on for the next period, and the history of earlier periods stays as it was calculated.

Can two plans run at the same time? Yes. A hybrid combines them, and a company with two product lines can run a different plan for each.

Which plan pays the most? None by itself; the payout percentage is set by the company in every plan. The plan decides who gets which share of it.

Is a plan on this page missing? Send it with the demo request; most plans companies describe are a variant of one of these eighteen, and a plan that is not is built as a customised edition.
