• Health and treatment packages. A course of physiotherapy sessions, a dental plan, an aesthetic programme or a wellness package sold as one product with a price and, where it applies, a renewal.
• Products. Supplements, skincare, oral care and devices sold from the clinic's shop, the way a health and wellness network or a herbal products network sells them.
• Franchise branches. For a chain, the partner who introduces a new branch is paid on that branch's purchases from the group or on its reported sales, through a few levels of partners.

What the software does, and what it leaves to the clinic

• Members, codes and pages. Every member or referring patient gets a replicated page and a personal code; a referral that buys a membership, a package or a product with it is credited to them, and the customer's account shows the membership, the package and the orders.
• Orders online or at the reception. A membership or a package is bought through the shop and the gateways, or recorded at the reception through the manual payment entry or the integration module with the clinic's own billing system, so that the referral is credited either way.
• Branches and partners. Branches and partners sit in the genealogy like members in a downline, with the sponsor and the territory recorded; the plan pays the partner levels on the branches' volume.
• Commissions and payouts. The plan is calculated every period on memberships, packages, products and branch volume; rewards go to the e-wallet or to points, cash commissions out through the mass payout or the gateways, with the reports the group's accountant needs.
• Communication. A new service, a branch opening or a health campaign is announced to members by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp from the admin panel, and the CRM keeps the leads.
• What stays in the clinic. Appointments, treatment notes and medical records stay in the clinic's practice system. The software holds the customer, the membership and the order, not the diagnosis, which keeps the patient data where the rules of your country want it.

A single clinic or a small group pays patient referrals with the unilevel plan: a member earns on the people they refer and a small percentage on the referrals of their referrals. Memberships and packages that renew add the repurchase plan, and a points-based patient reward runs on the loyalty program software. A chain pays its franchise partners with a stair step plan or a generation plan, in which a partner's share depends on the volume of the branches under them. From referral to payout

1. A member joins from the clinic's site or from another member's page and receives their code, their page and their back office.
2. A friend buys a membership or a package with the code, online or at the reception.
3. The sale is credited to the member; a renewal is credited again each period.
4. At the end of the period the software calculates the rewards and the partner shares, the admin approves the run and the payout or the points go out.
