• Members, codes and pages. Every member gets a replicated page and a personal code or QR code; a referral that books, orders or buys with it is credited to the member. The customer's account shows the membership, the meal plan and the order history.
• Orders in the shop or at the counter. Online orders go through the integrated shop and the payment gateways; a visit paid at the counter is recorded through the manual payment entry or through the integration module with the ordering system the restaurant already uses, so that the referral is credited either way.
• The franchise hierarchy. Outlets and partners sit in the genealogy like members in a downline, with the territory and the sponsor recorded; the plan pays the partner levels on the outlets' volume.
• Commissions and payouts. The plan is calculated every period on memberships, meal plans, orders and outlet volume; commissions go to the e-wallet and out through the mass payout or the gateways, with the payout reports a restaurant's accountant needs.
• Communication. Promotions, a new menu or a new outlet are announced to the members by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp from the admin panel, and the CRM keeps the leads and the members' contacts.
• App. Members and customers use the app for the code, the orders, the renewals and the commission statement.

Plans restaurant networks run

A single restaurant or a small group pays referrals with the unilevel plan: a member earns on the diners they bring and a small percentage on the diners their referrals bring. Memberships and meal plans add the repurchase plan, which pays on every renewal, and a loyalty programme can sit on top of it through the loyalty program software. 1. A member joins from the restaurant's site or from another member's page and receives their code, their page and their back office.
2. A friend books a table, orders a meal plan or buys a membership with the code; the order is paid online or recorded at the counter.
3. The sale is credited to the member; a renewal is credited again each month.
4. At the end of the period the software calculates the commissions and the partner shares, the admin approves the run and the payout goes to the wallets or bank accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need an online shop to use it? No. A network that sells memberships and records visits at the counter runs without one; the shop is there when you add meal plans or retail products.

Can one member be paid in several outlets? Yes. A member's code works in every outlet of the chain, and the report shows the sales by outlet.

Is the franchise share taxed or invoiced by the software? The software calculates and pays the share and gives the statement; invoices and taxes are handled in your accounting from the payout report.
