• Agents, sub-agents and territories. A booking agent recruits sub-agents in the villages and suburbs around them; each sits in the genealogy under their sponsor with the territory recorded, and the plan pays each level on the bookings below it.
• Bookings and consignments as orders. A ticket, a parcel, a consignment or a vehicle hire is an order with a price and the agent who booked it; it is placed through the agent's page, entered through the manual payment entry or passed from the company's booking system through the integration module, so that the commission is the same whichever way it came in.
• Fleet partners. A vehicle owner who runs under the company's name is a member with a partner role: their vehicles are recorded against them, the trips or consignments carried are credited to them, and the partner payout is calculated with the plan and paid through the same payout run.
• Memberships and shipping plans. A monthly parcel plan for a shop, a season pass, a corporate account with agreed rates: recurring products that renew in the customer's account and pay the agent who brought the customer every period.
• Payouts. Agent commissions and partner payouts go to the e-wallet and out through the mass payout or the gateways, with the statements each agent and partner can see and the reports the company's accountant needs.
• Pages, app and communication. Every agent has a replicated page with the booking form and their link, and the app for bookings, team and commissions; a new route, a rate change or a holiday schedule is sent to the network by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp from the admin panel.

An agent network with tiers is paid with a stair step plan or a generation plan: an agent's rank and share depend on the bookings of the sub-agents under them. Customer referrals, a passenger who recommends the coach line or a shop that recommends the courier, are paid with the unilevel plan, and memberships and shipping plans with the repurchase plan on every renewal. From booking to payout

1. An agent joins from the company's site or from another agent's page and receives their page, their app and their back office; a fleet partner joins the same way with their vehicles recorded.
2. A customer books a ticket, a parcel or a consignment through the agent's page or at the agent's counter; the order is paid through the gateway or entered at the counter.
3. The trip or the delivery is made, the order is credited to the agent and up the hierarchy and, where a partner's vehicle carried it, to the partner.
4. At the end of the period the software calculates the commissions and the partner payouts from the plan, the admin approves the run and the money goes to the wallets or bank accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Does the software plan routes or track vehicles? No. It records the booking, the agent and the vehicle, and pays the commissions and the partner payouts; routing and tracking stay in your operations system, which can pass the bookings to it through the integration module.

Can an agent and a fleet partner be the same person? Yes. One member can hold both roles, with the agent commission and the partner payout calculated separately and paid in the same run.

Can commissions differ by route or service? Yes. Each route, service or product has its own price and commission rate, and the plan applies the rate of what was booked.

Does it work across borders? Yes. Prices, currencies, languages and gateways are set per country, and one agent network can span several.
